We are highly experienced in project management, property development, asset management, design, contract administration and construction management.
Shaun Wilson
Principal
With more than 20 years of experience in the delivery of urban regeneration, property development and public infrastructure projects in Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand, Shaun is an accomplished project professional.
Since 2016, Shaun led the delivery of the Parliament Square Redevelopment Project in Hobart, as Project Director for Citta Property Group. The development incorporates The Tasman, a 152-room hotel operated by Marriott under the Luxury Collection brand, as well as several other complex new buildings leased by the State of Tasmania. Prior to this, Shaun held technical leadership roles with engineering consultancy firm Arup in both Melbourne and London.
Shaun brings a wealth of client-side and consultancy experience with a core focus on building and maintaining strong client, external stakeholder and project team relationships.
Shaun is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Auckland and a Member of Engineers Australia.
Frances Atkinson
Project Manager
Frances has over 9 years’ experience in the delivery of projects in both the Australian and Irish construction industries.
Holding a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne, she has worked in the architecture industry for a number of years and has an excellent knowledge of design and construction.
Frances has been involved and led a range of projects in both the public and private sector, including residential, commercial, education and public works.
She has a broad range of skills spanning both design and project delivery. Her capabilities include stakeholder engagement; coordination of consultant teams; preparation of development applications, tenders and contract documents; and administration of contracts.
Kate Westland
Office Manager / Bid Coordinator
Kate is an exceptional administrator, with a background in estimating, project, tender and office administration, she fits seamlessly into her role as Office Manager and Bid Coordinator.
Kate brings strong experience from the head contractor space and most recently private development. Kate looks forward to transferring her skills into the Project Management side of the industry.
